Me and Rob Passmore were the photographers for the Red Bull Urban Downhill 2011 in Plymouth. Definitely a tough event to photograph. High speed sports photography when light is fading always is. The event was brilliant through, with the way it was set out and the course structure meaning everybody could get a view of the action. I used a variety of lenses, mostly a Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8, Tokina 11-16mm f/2.8, Sigma 70-200mm f/2.8 and a Sigma 50mm f/1.4. Worked out pretty good in the end as between two of us we got some nice shots. Have a look below for a pick of them.
